Dynamics GP 18.5 and 18.6 have significant security and compliance changes you should consider for your environment. These latest versions have the necessary updates to keep GP’s email functionality in sync with Microsoft’s shift from Basic Authentication to Modern Authentication, effective since October 1, 2022. Most customers are able to email now using the new MFA authentication, and the latest 18.6 Dynamics GP update renews the ability to send Sales and Purchasing emails from a shared mailbox.
