Progeria Research Foundation: Live Event Donation Tracking App

The Progeria Research Foundation (PRF) is a global nonprofit organization dedicated to developing treatments and, ultimately, a cure for progeria, a congenital disorder. GraVoc built a custom cloud application for their annual fundraising gala that allowed their team to easily track live donations through a custom entry screen . Volunteers entered donors’ paddle numbers and their donation amount. The database was pre-loaded with corresponding donor information, which was then projected on a live results screen that highlighted the total amount raised and displayed donor names. This real-time experience took the night’s fundraising to the next level and helped surpass previous ‘Fund a Need’ benchmarks and goals.

Radiology Report Management App for Radloop

Over the course of an ongoing partnership, our team has provided Radloop with extensive mobile and web application development services to build the company’s radiology report management software. The application helps radiologists minimize manual, error-prone processes. Our team developed custom functionality for the application, including an AI-driven actionable findings manager as well as an automated measure extractor for merit-based incentive payment system (MIPS) quality metrics. These features have been well-received and appreciated by Radloop clients. Leveraging AI, UI/UX design, and natural language processing, our team developed the industry-leading Radloop application that is a testament to the future of modern healthcare.

IRIS: Time, Contract, & Support System Management

Drawing from our industry-leading web application development expertise, we built the scalable and multi-faceted IRIS time and ticket management system. Using the application, any company’s sales, finance, and project management teams can accurately track project scope in IRIS, including billable hours, expenses, resource allocation, and budget. Companies can also generate reports in IRIS to augment customer invoices. Employees can further use IRIS to update their timesheets, file PTO requests, as well as seamlessly track assigned projects. A company’s IT staff can also leverage IRIS to assign, track, and manage support tickets. The user-friendly IRIS application interface allows IT teams to easily find information on ticket priority, status, nature of the issue, and assigned employee. Custom Application Development for Western Visions Art Show

Western Visions is the National Museum of Wildlife Art’s largest and longest-running fundraiser and is one of the signature events of the Jackson Hole Fall Arts Festival.

The National Museum of Wildlife Art approached GraVoc in 2021 about developing custom, digital technology for this hybrid art show. This event had traditionally been held in-person, however, after COVID hit in 2020, the Museum had to reimagine their format to allow for in-person and virtual attendees. GraVoc assisted by developing custom cloud applications, providing video production services, and designing a beautifully dynamic website to market the event, showcase the artwork collection, and sell tickets. Contract Management Cloud App for Easterseals Massachusetts

Easterseals Massachusetts provides services to ensure that children and adults with disabilities have equal opportunities to live, learn, work and play. We built a custom cloud application that manages contract and employee information to track and display calls beginning with time entry and cumulating to monthly invoices. Incorporating employee licensing and unique contract styles along with a custom approval process, the information is brought together through a robust reporting module. This application communicates with other technology resources to allow for a full integration of company information.
