As a Bullhorn Marketplace Partner and Microsoft Solutions Partner, we leveraged our deep expertise with the Bullhorn system integrators and Microsoft ERP to build this Connector that resolves a common challenge for staffing firms – connecting their back-office accounting systems with the ATS.
Our Connector garnered interest among users at the 2024 Bullhorn Engage Boston recruiting conference. So, our team hosted this exclusive demo to showcase different actions that enable the synchronization of data between Bullhorn One and Dynamics 365 Business Central. These include:
Run dimension sync:
Brings General Ledger values in Bullhorn One to Business Central to minimize friction in data transfer between both systems.
Run a customer sync:
Pulls active customers and contacts from billing profiles in Bullhorn One into Business Central to make collections easier to maintain.
Run sales invoice import:
Brings in sales invoices and credit memos from Bullhorn One into Business Central to streamline accounting.
David also provided a brief demo of our newest staffing tech solution – BBO Transport, designed to seamlessly transfer data from Bullhorn Back Office to Dynamics 365 Business Central and reduce manual intervention.
