1.) Discovery Phase

Gather information and perform interviews to understand both quantity of risk and quality of controls in place.

2.) Analysis Phase

Evaluate the information gathered to determine residual risk as well as strategies and opportunities for additional risk mitigation.

3.) Reporting Phase

Compile the results of the risk assessment.  Create and deliver the risk assessment report detailing the results of the risk analysis performed, control gaps identified, and recommendations for improvement.
