How to Clear Your Browser Cache and Cookies

Resolve common display and loading issues by refreshing your browser’s stored data.

Why This Matters

Clearing your browser’s cache and cookies is one of the most effective first steps when troubleshooting website issues.

Your browser stores cached files to help pages load faster. However, when a website is updated, those saved files can become outdated and conflict with the live version of the site. This may cause display issues, broken functionality, or unexpected behavior.

By clearing cache and cookies, we can ensure you are viewing the most current version of the website and accurately determine whether an issue is browser-related or truly a site issue.

Quick Keyboard Shortcut – Works for Most Browsers

For Chrome, Firefox, Edge, and Internet Explorer, you can clear cache and cookies using a simple shortcut:

Ctrl + Shift + Delete

This will open your browser’s data-clearing window, where you can select cache and cookies.

Important

After clearing cache and cookies, fully close and restart your browser before revisiting the website. This ensures the changes take effect properly.
