At a Glance
At GraVoc, we specialize in taking over struggling ERP implementations and rebuilding them into scalable, reliable systems. That’s exactly what we did for Magna-Tiles, a fast-growing toy manufacturer.
Magna‑Tiles faced operational and reporting limitations after a Dynamics 365 Business Central implementation failed to integrate their ERP, eCommerce, and warehouse management systems. These disparate systems were creating gaps in data, slowing order fulfillment, and making reporting difficult.
After parting ways with their previous partner, Magna-Tiles turned to GraVoc to design essential system integrations and streamline their operations.
We partnered closely with the Magna-Tiles team to deliver a series of targeted solutions to improve order fulfillment and warehouse operations.
“The biggest difference that made GraVoc stand out in our search for a new VAR was that they presented options. They were not a team that would wait to get back to us in a few weeks or would look at us like we were crazy for thinking of something that logically made sense. They listened to our issues and came up with solid responses in a timely manner”

The Challenge
Disconnected Integrations Limited Automation & Reporting
Magna-Tiles could not find the right integration support to improve the efficiency of their warehouse operations and order fulfillment processes.
Their existing Dynamics 365 Business Central environment was not effectively connected to their warehouse or Shopify storefront, forcing teams to rely on manual workarounds to keep orders moving. As a fast-growing eCommerce and manufacturing company, they needed a solution to unify their systems and streamline operations.
Disconnected systems across warehousing, eCommerce, and finance were causing:
- Inventory inaccuracies: Disconnected systems caused data discrepancies across Shopify, WMS, and Dynamics 365 Business Central
- Order fulfillment delays: Manual order processing slowed warehouse operations and increased the risk of fulfillment errors
- Fragmented reporting: Disparate data hindered real-time financial and operational insights
The Solution
Designing D365 Business Central, WMS, & Shopify Integrations
Magna-Tiles came to us to simplify and connect their operations across ERP, eCommerce, and warehouse management.
Our approach included:
- Business process discovery to map end to end workflows across purchasing, warehousing, order fulfillment, and finance
- Careful implementation and testing to minimize disruption while building integrations
- Training and change management to ensure teams could fully adopt and benefit from the new system
Through this structured, collaborative approach, we partnered closely with the Magna‑Tiles team to deliver:
Custom Logiwa WMS integration with Dynamics 365 Business Central
Designed and deployed a new integration to synchronize inventory, orders, shipments, and receipts, eliminating manual reconciliation and improving fulfillment efficiency
Shopify Connector for Dynamics 365 Business Central setup
Connected Shopify to Business Central to automate stock updates and track fulfillment data, aligning sales and operations
Expansion of Dynamics 365 Business Central
Added four new companies, including India and Denmark, in the Business Central instance to centralize operations and reporting
Enhanced inventory reporting

Ongoing Dynamics 365 Business Central support
Providing ongoing support to optimize workflows and adapt the ERP system as the business grows
“GraVoc was a large part of helping our team find and integrate a new Warehouse Management System (WMS) solution and ensure proper build out for connecting our new website via Shopify to Business Central. We continue to leverage their expertise to assist in finding new tools and building new customizations.”
