Some features proved less useful than anticipated, while other needs emerged through real-world use. Through a monthly support partnership, we work together to identify opportunities, address challenges, and deliver smart, scalable updates that keep Granite Edvance’s site performing at its best.

Reducing manual effort and human error in loan rate management
Granite Edvance helps students navigate the complexities of college financial planning—often involving multiple loan types and rates displayed throughout their site. As interest rates shifted, updates had to be made manually across numerous pages, consuming valuable time and increasing the potential for inconsistencies.
Complicating matters further, Granite Edvance operates within a multi-site WordPress environment, meaning every change had to be replicated across connected sites, each with its own technical nuances.
Through their ongoing support partnership, Granite Edvance turned to GraVoc for a more efficient, reliable solution. Leveraging our deep WordPress expertise, we identified and gin that enabled centralized rate management .

Creating a central hub for financial calculators
Building tools that build trust As with any financial journey, math plays a key role. Understanding the impact of savings—or the cost of delaying them—can be challenging without the right tools. To make this process easier, Granite Edvance offers a variety of financial calculators to help students and parents make informed decisions. However, these tools were scattered across several pages, making them difficult to find and maintain. Recognizing the need for a better user experience, Granite Edvance partnered with GraVoc to bring strategy and structure to the solution.
By unifying all calculators into one dedicated page, we created a cleaner, more intuitive experience that builds user confidence.
The project began with a strategic review of navigation and content placement to ensure scalability. GraVoc then designed and implemented a centralized “Calculators” page—reducing menu clutter, improving accessibility, and creating a single, trusted destination for users.
Simplifying campaign pages to boost conversions
Each spring, Granite Edvance runs a marketing campaign to help students explore funding options for college. The campaigns successfully drove traffic—but the landing pages weren’t converting. Using their monthly support hours, Granite Edvance turned to GraVoc to uncover what was causing friction in the user journey.
A user experience review revealed that the landing pages contained too many competing messages and calls-to-action, ultimately diluting the intended focus.

By narrowing the message and clarifying the action, we turned engagement into conversions.
In response, GraVoc’s development team designed a focused, conversion-driven landing page template—streamlined around a single goal and clear next step. The new template can now be easily replicated and customized for future campaigns, ensuring consistent performance and measurable results.
