In late September, our Creative Technology team traveled to Boca Raton, Florida, for the eMaxx Risk Management Summit 2025. The eMaxx Summit is an inspiring annual gathering that brings together industry leaders to explore the future of risk management, technology, and insurance solutions. This year’s theme, “Anchoring Ahead,” emphasized the importance of forward-thinking strategies in an ever-evolving landscape.

Our team played a major role across multiple aspects of the Summit, including:
Web & Mobile Development
Designing and maintaining the Summit’s website and mobile application for a seamless attendee experience.

Producing a variety of video content including an epic AI-driven opening video that set the tone for the conference.
A/V Planning
Working with on-site vendors to deliver an impressive A/V experience which included a massive video wall in the General Session room

Capturing photography and video throughout the event to highlight the energy and engagement of attendees.
An added bonus this year was that our Managing Director of Creative Technology, Matt Molk, took the stage as a panelist to discuss an exciting joint initiative with eMaxx. This initiative will bring forth an AI-powered language proficiency application designed to assess communication skills among transport drivers.
