GraVoc Expands Information Security Practice With Acquisition of Security Management Partners (SMP)

[Peabody, MA] GraVoc announced today that it has completed the acquisition of Security Management Partners (SMP), a leading Massachusetts-based information security consulting company.

Founded in 2001, SMP has built a comprehensive portfolio of information security solutions to help clients navigate the ever-changing cybersecurity and regulatory compliance landscapes. Their services include information security advisory and program development, IT audit, penetration testing and technical assessments, as well as regulatory and compliance services for industry standards such as PCI and HIPAA.

The acquisition expands GraVoc’s governance, risk, and compliance service offerings and doubles the size of its information security team. SMP will continue its normal business operations through the remainder of 2023 as the two entities collaborate on integration.
