Property Website to Showcase One Boston Place

GraVoc’s web design team was approached by Newmark, a commercial real estate company, to develop a visually engaging property website to showcase One Boston Place, a Class A tower located in the city’s financial district. Using WordPress, our team designed a fully responsive website with a clear exploration path for both prospective and existing tenants. The website’s design incorporates vibrant photography of One Boston Place to convey the building’s airy and modern vibe. Overall, the website was designed to be user-friendly and to deliver an attractive visual experience to convert site visitors into leads!

The website opens with a big, bold image of One Boston Place’s rooftop deck and the stunning view of the city from this space. From the homepage, site visitors can seamlessly discover information on the building’s amenities, neighborhood, and availabilities. Every webpage also features a sliding image gallery with photos of the building’s interiors.

Our team created a spacious, bright, and highly visual ‘Building’ webpage to showcase One Boston Place’s high-end amenities and interiors. Here, site visitors get an in-depth look at the building’s lounge, conference space, rooftop deck, and gym. Further, users can learn more about the building’s history as well as its sustainability, accessibility, connectivity, and safety features. Our team also added a user-friendly contact form to the footer of the webpage so prospective tenants can reach out to schedule a tour of the property.
Similarly, the ‘Neighborhood’ webpage provides site visitors with an overview of the One Boston Place neighborhood. Restaurant recommendations, parking options, and nearby hotel suggestions are neatly housed in expandable text blocks. The webpage also features an interactive Google Map so users can browse points of interest in the neighborhood.
Once site visitors explore the building and neighborhood webpages, they can navigate to the ‘Availabilities’ webpage. This page provides users with quick and easy access to the company’s VTS Marketplace where they can take a virtual tour of the property or browse available listings. Here, they can also find the brokerage team’s contact information.
Finally, our team also designed a dedicated content area for current tenants of the building. One Boston Place tenants can visit this space to access useful forms, register a visitor, or place a work order.

We are thrilled with the gorgeous design of the new One Boston Place website! The website does a great job of communicating the building’s look and feel through dynamic photos and spacious page designs. Informational webpages focused on the building’s amenities, neighborhood, and availabilities ensure site visitors get a clear picture of what One Boston Place has to offer.
