The Massachusetts Family Credit Union provides financial services to members based in Essex and Middlesex Counties of Massachusetts. Our team collaborated with the credit union to redesign the look and feel of its customer-facing website. The credit union’s website had a lot of useful content, but the design was outdated. So, our team used WordPress to completely revamp the website design and streamline the navigation to make the content easier to browse. The new, responsive Massachusetts Family Credit Union website provides the organization with a visually engaging and highly usable platform to deliver its services to new and existing customers.
UI/UX was a key focus of this website redesign project. Our team wanted to ensure that site visitors could easily and quickly get to the information they were looking for on the website. So, as soon as users land on the homepage, intuitive calls-to-action guide them to relevant content on the credit union’s loans, rates, and accounts.
Links to the credit union’s online banking portal and instructions on how to download the Massachusetts Credit Union mobile application are prominently displayed above the website’s menu. The ‘Mobile App’ webpage provides an overview of the features of the credit union’s mobile application. The webpage also includes quick links to the App Store and Google Play store to make it easy for site visitors to download the application.
The website’s ‘Rates’ and ‘Loans’ pages have a minimalistic design with information housed in an easy-to-follow tabular layout. Both webpages also feature an eye-catching sidebar with quick access to the credit union’s online banking portal as well as its contact information.
Besides creating user-friendly webpages to deliver information on the credit union’s rates and loan options, our team also designed a concise ‘About’ webpage to communicate the Massachusetts Family Credit Union’s mission, background, and membership details.
Our team further developed a comprehensive ‘Contact Us’ webpage with the location and contact information of the credit union’s Peabody and Lynn offices. We also embedded an interactive Google Map on this webpage for better visualization of the credit union’s locations.

The website delivers a user experience that is professional yet welcoming – much like the Massachusetts Family Credit Union brand – with user-friendly content areas and navigation paths.
