eMaxx – a long-time GraVoc customer – provides alternative risk captive insurance solutions. We’ve collaborated with their team on hundreds of projects from application development, to graphic design, technology support, and designing their website. For their new website, we wanted to showcase the company’s insurance programs through refreshed content areas and enhance the website’s overall user experience and design. Our web team used WordPress to revamp the eMaxx website, creating a responsive and vibrant design that enables frictionless browsing. We also created a new, dynamic company logo for eMaxx.

The eMaxx website’s deep blue and contrasting orange color palette aligns with the aesthetic of the company’s updated logo. A vibrant design and bold homepage banner help position the brand as innovative and forward-thinking. The homepage provides a brief overview of the company, its programs, blog, and news. Site visitors can also directly access eMaxx’s new agent application form and contact form through this page.
Our team designed a visually engaging and easy to browse ‘Programs’ section that houses detailed webpages on the company’s solutions portfolio, including captive insurance, risk management technology, loss prevention, and more. Every program webpage also features a sidebar that highlights the company’s latest news, press releases, and blog posts to further emphasize eMaxx’s industry expertise and knowledge.
Enhanced ‘News’ and ‘Blog’ sections support content marketing efforts and help build user engagement with the website. Both the ‘News’ and ‘Blog’ landing pages are user-friendly and visually appealing. Site visitors can check out each article’s headline and excerpt before clicking into any post to read more.
Besides showcasing eMaxx’s programs, our team also designed an extensive ‘Company’ section. This section provides site visitors with a deeper look at the company and its team, which further helps build brand trust and credibility. The ‘Our Team’ and ‘Board of Directors’ webpages include creative design elements, such as compelling quote blocks and toggle boxes that site visitors can expand to read each team member’s bio. Through the ‘Careers’ webpage, site visitors can browse open positions, click on any job post for more details, and click the ‘Apply Now’ button to begin composing an email application.
Our team also developed three easy-to-use forms with custom fields for the website – a contact form, a new agent application form, and a request form for access to selected webinars from the eMaxx library.
Along with designing the new eMaxx website, our team also developed the company’s member portal, which site visitors can directly access through the website’s ‘Resources’ or ‘Report a Claim’ sections.

Our team is thrilled with the new and improved eMaxx website! Through streamlined navigation, dynamic content areas, and a responsive design, the website delivers an engaging user experience across devices.
