Revamping Kerivan-Lane’s Website Design

The focus of this project was to ensure site visitors could easily discover and browse Kerivan-Lane’s services as well as quickly access important customer care resources. To achieve this, our team streamlined the website’s navigation menu, creating clear paths to content for residential and commercial customers. The website is also responsive and mobile-friendly, allowing for a frictionless browsing experience across customer devices.

The website opens with a vibrant sliding banner that highlights Kerivan-Lane’s key products and services. Below the banner, customers can find quick links to log into their account, book a system tune up, check out safety and service plans, and more. The homepage also showcases the company’s solid reputation and expertise through an eye-catching customer testimonials section.

All of Kerivan-Lane’s plumbing, heating, propane, and other offerings are neatly housed under the ‘Products & Services’ section. Every service webpage is centered around informational content and authentic images. These webpages also include a dynamic sidebar with client reviews as well as a user-friendly contact form in the footer to drive conversions and lead generation

Besides the products and services webpages, our team also designed other pages with information and tools that further address customer needs. The ‘Book Your System Tune-Up’ webpage features an intuitive and searchable online appointment booking calendar that customers can use to find available dates and times to schedule system maintenance.

The ‘Service Areas’ webpage features an interactive Google Map along with a listing of all the Massachusetts cities and towns where Kerivan-Lane services are available.

Our team also designed a ‘Payments’ webpage that provides an overview of the different ways that customers can pay for the company’s services. This section also includes a custom electronic contract that site visitors can easily sign and submit to enroll in Kerivan-Lane’s fixed price agreement. Further, the e-agreement form allows users to make hassle-free payments to purchase the contract gallons.

Similarly, our team created the ‘Quick Quotes’ webpage with a user-friendly form that customers can use to get a price to replace their boiler, burner, water heater, or A/C. The form includes custom fields, including a dropdown list of products as well as a section for customers to upload photos of their current equipment.

Along with residential customers, Kerivan-Lane also partners with builders, developers, and real estate sellers or professionals. The ‘Builders & Developers’ webpages gives this audience group a brief look at Kerivan-Lane’s services as well as the guidelines to install an underground propane tank. Similarly, the ‘Selling Your Home?’ webpage highlights a few key services the company offers real estate sellers and professionals to help ready a property for buyers. The webpage further includes an easy-to-use form that customers can fill and submit to contact Kerivan-Lane for its services.

To give site visitors a more in-depth look at the Kerivan-Lane brand, our team designed the website’s ‘About Us’ section. Here, customers can find reviews about the company, learn more about the organizations Kerivan-Lane supports, and access the company’s careers page as well as its online job application form.
