319 and Park’s Property Website

Our team delivered on the agency’s vision by designing a vibrant and user-friendly website that is easy for their team to manage and update. We developed the website on WordPress, allowing us the flexibility to create custom designs that matched the contemporary look and feel of 319 & Park. We collaborated with Elevated Realty to design a beautiful homepage featuring a cinematic aerial drone shot of East Boston. In the homepage banner, users are greeted with a ‘Lease Now’ call-to-action to help them get the leasing process started.

We conveniently added a ‘Schedule a Tour’ form to the bottom of several webpages allowing potential leasers to schedule a showing directly through the site. This feature was important to ensure users interested in a unit could easily move onto the next step in the rental process without having to leave the site. Users can pick a preferred agent, choose a date and time, and provide other relevant details, including their contact information and unit preferences.

Another important component of the website was the ‘Apply Now’ webpage that allowed potential clients to scroll through available listings and apply for any specific unit. Users can filter listings by desired move-in date, price range, bedrooms, bathrooms, and cats or dogs allowed to easily find a rental at 319 & Park that fits their criteria.

Our team also created a dynamic webpage with floor plans of units in the building. To make this page more user-friendly, floor plans for one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom units were grouped into separate dropdown sections. Potential leasers could expand each section to get more details on the units, including clickable images of the floor plans. Users could also filter their search by number of beds, number of baths, rent, and availability of outdoor space.

Some additional functionality that we added to the website was installing a dedicated contact form so that users could get in touch with the Elevated team as well as the implementation of Google Analytics to easily track the website’s traffic and performance.

We are thrilled to have worked with Elevated Realty on this exciting project. The 319 & Park website successfully piqued potential customers’ interest in the residential development and provided them with a one-stop resource to get all the property information they needed. Our team continues to provide Elevated Realty with website support through regular monthly WordPress maintenance as well as managing the website’s hosting and SSL certificate to ensure the site’s security protocols remain up to date.
