This past Fall, we worked with our long-time partner, eMaxx Group, to help bring their annual Risk Management Summit to life both online and in-person. This year’s Summit, “Back into the Future”, took place from October 20-23rd in South Beach, Florida and focused on providing attendees with a variety of insurance solutions.
Our team was all-hands-on deck by administrating website support before, during and after the event as well as providing other creative services. Our team developed the event website, summit.emaxxgroup.com, to help spread awareness, promote attendance and sell sponsorship opportunities. We built the website on WordPress, which allowed our web designers to match the bright and vivid event branding by fully customizing the look and feel through CSS.
We worked with the team at eMaxx Group to make the event website as informational as possible by building webpages geared toward sessions, resort information, contact information and more. Users could easily get in touch with event coordinators from the website through automated contact forms we setup.
The event website allowed users to register for the Summit as well as purchase different sponsorship packages. eMaxx Group was able to track all sales directly in WordPress using the eCommerce integration we implemented. We also built custom templates that displayed the over one hundred speakers that they had present at the Summit. Each speaker page included a bio, headshot, and included which session to see that speaker at.
The overall result of their Back into the Future Summit was an astounding success! The event website aided attendees throughout the duration of the event by acting as an informational and virtual guide. Along with providing website support for the Summit, our team also assisted eMaxx Group with designing email campaigns, digital signage, video production as well as providing photography during the event. We look forward to working with eMaxx Group on their next project by using our digital marketing skills to make their initiatives as creative and engaging as possible!
