On Thursday, December 3rd 2020, The Cabot Theater in Beverly, MA virtually held their 100th Celebration: Lights, Camera, Cabot. The event was live-streamed online and hosted on-site at The Cabot with Emmy nominated TV personality, Anna Rossi, and included performances by James Taylor, Grace Potter and many others.

Our team at GraVoc worked alongside Cabot employees and musicians to help bring this event to the virtual stage! Keep scrolling below to read how our team partnered with The Cabot to make their event a resounding success!

Last year, The Cabot celebrated their 99th anniversary and our video team had the privilege of working on their celebration video which was played during their 99th celebration event. After the great partnership we created, The Cabot reached out to us again, this time to help coordinate and produce their 100th Celebration but in a virtual setting as a result of COVID-19. Our team was thrilled to take this project on and to work again with our friends at The Cabot!

During the weeks leading up to the event, our video team worked with musicians to help them produce video recordings to be played during the live-stream event. The night of the event, our video team seamlessly weaved the pre-recorded videos with the live-stream feed to create a seamless viewing experience for attendees. The final production looked like you were watching a studio-shot live TV show! Working on a project like this has many moving parts and requires a massive amount of coordination and attention to detail.  We are thrilled to have partnered with The Cabot on this project to help bring their virtual event to life.

If your organization is looking to host a virtual event in lieu of an in-person event as a result of COVID-19, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us! You can also check out our Virtual Fundraising Event Services for more information on our virtual events.
