Redesigning the Peabody Education Foundation Website

The website opens with an interactive sliding banner featuring announcements from the Peabody Education Foundation and calls-to-action that encourage user participation. A streamlined menu and sidebar help deliver frictionless navigation to the website’s key content. The homepage offers an engaging overview of the Peabody Education Foundation through a mix of written and video content. Site visitors can also learn more about major donations to the Peabody Education Foundation as well as the foundation’s signature PEF Grants program.

Our team also developed the extensive ‘About Us’ section that offers a deeper look at the Peabody Education Foundation’s mission and team.

A key goal of the website redesign was to better showcase what the Peabody Education Foundation does and the impact of its programs. To achieve this, we developed enhanced content areas for each of the foundation’s programs – Birthday Book Program, Mental Wellness Initiative, Guest Reader Program, Career Day, and PEF Grants. These webpages provide a detailed look at the scope and impact of each program. A compelling mix of videos, testimonials, and photo galleries lend authenticity to the programs and help foster a connection with site visitors.

We also built a dedicated webpage for the foundation’s Cara E. Murtagh Memorial Scholarship – created in honor of Cara E. Murtagh who was an active member of the Peabody Education Foundation and a devoted educator for 23 years. The webpage provides an in-depth overview of the application guidelines and checklist. Interested candidates can fill out an online application form without having to navigate away from the website. Our team developed custom form fields, allowing users to upload documents and submit longer answers. The webpage also features big, vibrant photos of past recipients of the scholarship.

Besides promoting the foundation’s programs, we also wanted to ensure that site visitors with a desire to support the Peabody Education Foundation could find reliable conversion opportunities on the website. So, we developed a custom, easy-to-use donation form for site visitors. Through the form, users can opt to pay via credit card or check and elect to make a donation in honor or memory of a loved one.

We are thrilled with the look and feel of the new Peabody Education Foundation’s website! The website’s enhanced content areas provide a visually engaging and informational overview of the foundation’s programs and impact. And, the intuitive donation form makes it quick and easy for site visitors to contribute in support of the foundation.
