Commercial Wharf West Realty Trust approached our team about designing a website to showcase their waterfront property in Boston’s North End. The rehabilitated building includes modern amenities but maintains the timeless elegance of the old Boston waterfront. To capture the building’s classic look and feel, our team created a minimalistic web design with ample white space and photography.
The new website also provides a seamless browsing experience, making it easy for prospective clients to navigate between webpages for information on the property’s amenities, floorplans, and history.
The fully responsive website is built on the WordPress content management system (CMS). Our team implemented custom modules in the CMS, allowing the Commercial Wharf West Realty Trust to update the website with ease.
The homepage design is clean, airy, and elegant – much like the aesthetic of the Commercial Wharf West Realty Trust’s waterfront property. Once they land on the homepage, prospective clients get an overview of the property and area. Through this page, site visitors can also explore photos of the property or connect with the brokers through a custom contact form.
Our team wanted the website to deliver a robust, visual experience that emphasized the ambience of the property. So, we designed webpages with room for big, vibrant photos so site visitors can picture the property’s lifestyle. The ‘Gallery’ webpage, for instance, features a browsable photo library with expandable images of apartment interiors, building facilities, and surrounding areas. Similarly, the ‘Amenities’ webpage also showcases the facilities in and around the waterfront property.

To sell the property’s ‘City Living’ lifestyle, our team designed the visually engaging and content rich ‘Lifestyle’ webpage. The storytelling component of this page focuses on the property’s background, design, and rehabilitation process. Using a mix of creative design elements, such as blurbs, icons, and photo collage, this page also highlights key features of the building’s amenities and location.
