GraVoc’s Creative Technology team developed a modern eCommerce website for The Elizabeth Grady Companies. Serving over 100,000 clients annually, Elizabeth Grady is a state-of-the-art beauty and skincare salon with locations throughout Massachusetts and New Hampshire. The brand needed a well-designed online store to showcase their salons and line of products. Our team leveraged a custom WordPress and WooCommerce integration to give the company a solid eCommerce website with searchable product catalogs and easy checkout options – all designed to deliver a customer-friendly browsing and purchase experience.

Using the WordPress content management system (CMS), our team designed a fully responsive and scalable website for the company. The website’s soft color palette and elegant layout were drawn from Elizabeth Grady’s brand aesthetic. We also configured an integrated payment gateway and shipping extension to further advance the website’s eCommerce functionality.

Delivering an engaging and hassle-free user experience was key to the success of this website redesign and the overall goal of promoting online transactions. The website features a clear navigation path with prominent access to the customer account login page, online shopping cart, salon location page, and the Elizabeth Grady schools’ portal.

Starting with the homepage, our team created an intuitive layout, making it easy for visitors to navigate the website and locate a product or service of interest. The homepage further features an interactive sliding banner that can be updated to share product and service updates or discounts. Below the banner, our team included a clean and eye-catching space to showcase the brand’s popular or new products, such as the recently launched EGMD skincare line.

The homepage also encourages prospective customers to browse through the brand’s services, learn more about the company and the Elizabeth Grady schools. Throughout the homepage, our team also added strategic calls-to-action, including an email signup form, to ensure consistent customer engagement with the brand, both on and off the website. The email signup form also appears as a pop-up message as soon as customers land on the website.
To streamline a prospective customer’s shopping experience, our team designed individual landing pages for Elizabeth Grady’s gift cards, products, and services. A search bar on these pages allows visitors to quickly locate the items they are looking for. The pages also include a ‘Recently Viewed’ section to nudge visitors to continue engaging with products and services they might be likely to purchase.
For the product landing page, our team utilized a catalog-style layout to showcase the brand’s skincare items and makeup. Visitors can click on any product to view more detailed information, including a description, directions for use, ingredients, and the ability to add the item to their cart. Our team also included a selection of ‘Related Products’ on individual product pages to facilitate cross-selling.

We also designed a custom checkout process for visitors purchasing Elizabeth Grady’s gift cards. Customers can include a personalized message before adding the gift card to their cart. For e-gift cards, customers can also choose an image, set an amount, and provide delivery as well as recipient information.
Our team also created dedicated webpages for the company’s body contouring and IPL hair removal photofacial services. Both webpages offer more in-depth information about each service in an expandable Q&A format along with before and after images.
Finally, to ensure customers could easily reach out to the company with questions or comments, our team designed an easy-to-use contact form. We also developed a comprehensive application form with custom fields for visitors interested in pursuing an Elizabeth Grady franchise.
