During our VDI Explained webinar, our Director of Risk Management & Audit, Brian Brunelle, explored the security benefits of Azure.
Microsoft Azure is a cloud computing service created by Microsoft for building, testing and managing various applications through Microsoft data centers. Microsoft has a security stack starting from their data centers and includes everything from security for employees and their Microsoft identity, access management, data document management, data loss prevention, threat detection and much more. It also allows organizations to be organized through log management and allows the ability to detect where your sensitive data is going and in which devices it can be reached from.
Especially when using VDI, having these tools put in place allows for great flexibility within an organization. It provides a lot of opportunities and a lot more customization on what fits best for your organization! Check out the video below where our co-worker Brian dives deeper into the security on Azure.
