A number of Excel 2016 users have been experiencing an issue with a black border being added on the most recently edited line in Excel. This issue is directly linked to the update KB4011050. To fix this issue, Microsoft has put out the following support instructions and are informing users to install update KB4011165 which can be found here https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/4011165/september-12-2017-update-for-excel-2016-kb4011165.
