Nine GraVoc employees have earned Microsoft certifications over the past year in an effort not only to continue meeting Microsoft’s partner competency requirements but also to provide our customers with the highest degree of knowledge and expertise in Microsoft product implementations. GraVoc chose to focus on the exams for Microsoft Dynamics AX, an enterprise resource planning (ERP) solution that allows businesses to manage all aspects of finance, supply chain, inventory, sales and marketing, and human resources through a single system. The recently launched Dynamics AX 2012, which is available as an on-premise or cloud-hosted solution, promises organizations in industries such as retail, manufacturing, and distribution a powerful product that will drive productivity and business development.
GraVoc’s team is certified in Microsoft Dynamics AX Financials, Trade and Logistics, Development, and Installation and Configuration, as well as SQL Server 2008 Implementation. Additionally, four members of GraVoc’s staff have passed the exam for Managing Microsoft Dynamics Implementations using Microsoft’s Sure Step Methodology, which is intended to help implementations succeed by standardizing implementation practices. These exams provide GraVoc’s employees with a deep understanding and familiarity with Microsoft’s products; we are then able to apply the knowledge gained from these certifications to customer projects, upgrades, and implementations. We are also sharing information on the functions and capabilities of Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 with customers through forums such as our monthly Meetup group, which will meet again on Tuesday, October 18th at 3:00 PM. Our company’s goal, as always, is to continue learning the newest technologies and solutions to help our customers succeed.
