ZOLOTAS BROS, INC

GraVoc recently launched Zolotas Bros, Inc new website. Zolotas Bros, Inc is located in Peabody and offer plumbing, heating and remodeling services. This was a complete redesign of their existing website which was built on Flash. There are a few problems with having a Flash built website. The main problem is you cannot implement Search Engine Optimization on Flash websites. This is due to the lack of pages containing their own URL. Pages in Flash are all interconnected, therefore there is only 1 URL for the entire Flash site, which is the homepage. Another issue with Flash is that there is typically a slower loading time depending on the users Internet connection and device.

We built Zolotas Bros, Inc’s new website on WordPress. The biggest benefit from switching over from Flash to WordPress was now we were able to implement SEO best practices on their website. This will better help increase their chances of being found on search engines such as Google and Bing. The color scheme of the website was based on the color of the logo. Keeping consistency is key to branding, this is why we chose to use the blue-green color of the logo as an accent color throughout the website.
