For anyone looking to streamline processes and increase employees’ productivity, Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 is worthy of consideration.  The newest version of Microsoft’s popular client software is set to launch in January 2011 amid much anticipation. Dynamics CRM 2011 encourages a collaborative work environment through internal information sharing and greater access to customer and company data. The software’s familiar interface and its integration with Microsoft Office programs such as Outlook, Excel, and Word allow companies to implement Dynamics CRM 2011 with fewer training requirements, while the ability to perform a wide range of functions without switching between several applications leads to increased productivity and intelligent business processes. As a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner specializing in CRM, GraVoc Associates, Inc. can confidently offer CRM implementation and provide software support to our customers. Please visit the Microsoft Dynamics CRM section of our website to find out more about how GraVoc can implement a CRM solution that fits your business’s needs.

In an effort to keep abreast with the ever-evolving demands of the information security realm, Director of Information Security Nathaniel Gravel and associate Katrina Gravel attended the New England Automated Clearing House (NEACH) “Payment Insights 2010” conference earlier this month. GraVoc’s exhibition booth featured information on our ACH risk assessment services, which analyze potential threats and the extent of controls in place surrounding our customers’ ACH transactions. Many financial institutions from across New England were in attendance, and the information sessions included an instructive and pertinent report by Steven Whitney of Norway Savings Bank regarding the risk management strategy approved by the National Automated Clearing House Association (NACHA).  For more information on GraVoc’s risk assessment capabilities and other security and compliance services, please visit our Information Security page.

It’s been an exciting month for associate Dan Vassallo, who recently earned an MCP for Microsoft GP competency. Vassallo’s certification is evidence of GraVoc’s commitment to implementation, customization, and support of enterprise resource planning systems for our customers.

Outside of the office, Vassallo won the Philadelphia Marathon in a time of 2 hours, 21 minutes and 28 seconds this past weekend. Vassallo’s time is several minutes faster than his previous personal best in the event, evidence of his swift recovery from surgery this past summer. Vassallo’s performance was two weeks after Katrina Gravel finished first overall at the Maine Coast Half Marathon for Women in 1:26:53.
