Although the office was closed Wednesday due to the storm, GraVoc’s staff continued to serve clients by working from home. The office re-opened on Thursday morning and it was back to business as usual.
Congratulations are due to senior consultant Stephen Rizzo, who passed the Microsoft Dynamics Sure Step Certification Exam on Tuesday. Dynamics Sure Step is a project management methodology that aids in the organization and efficiency of Microsoft Dynamics Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Customer Relations Management (CRM) solution implementations. The Sure Step framework provides a consistent approach and standard tools for Dynamics implementation, migration, and upgrade projects. The start-to-finish technique encompasses all phases of the project to ensure rapid yet comprehensive implementations. Rizzo, the newest Microsoft Certified Professional in the office, will put his skills to use analyzing GraVoc’s current business practices and considering ways to further streamline the business’s integrated information system. GraVoc will also apply the Sure Step methodology to customer projects to improve the implementation process for Microsoft Dynamics Solutions.
